Melchiorre Cesarotti

Melchiorre Cesarotti (1730-1821) was a teacher and later became lecturer of Greek and Hebrew at the University of Padua. He organised cultural meetings in his house, hosting a lot of famous poets and men of letters of his time. He won the title of 'outstanding professor', a qualification only given to distinguished lecturers.梅尔基奥雷·塞萨罗蒂（Melchiorre Cesarotti）(1730–1821) 早年以教师为业，后升任帕多瓦大学（University of Padua）希腊语与希伯来语讲师。他在自宅中组织文化聚会，接待了当时诸多知名诗人与文人墨客。他曾获颁"杰出教授"称号，该资质仅授予功绩卓著的讲师。
