KRAS Inhibition Activates an Actionable CD24 “Don’t Eat Me” Signal in Pancreatic Cancer

PIPseq™ single cell RNAseq
Tumor samples from vehicle (n=3) or AMG 510 (n=3) treated PDAC KRAS G12C mutant orthotopic mice tumor tissues were dissected, and single-cell suspensions were obtained. CD45+ enriched samples were preserved in PIPseq™ T20 3′ Single Cell Capture and Lysis Kit and processed on an Illumina NextSeq sequencer. The barcode-gene matrices from PIPseeker pipeline were further analyzed with the R package Seurat.

对经赋形剂（n=3）或AMG 510（n=3）处理的胰腺导管腺癌（Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma，PDAC）KRAS G12C突变原位小鼠的肿瘤组织进行解剖，制备得到单细胞悬液。将CD45+富集的样本保存于PIPseq™ T20 3′ 单细胞捕获与裂解试剂盒中，并在Illumina NextSeq测序仪上进行测序。从PIPseeker分析流程得到的条形码-基因矩阵，将通过R包Seurat开展后续分析。
