This dataset includes the anonymized responses collected from university students as part of the study titled 'The Serial Mediating Role of Cognitive Flexibility and Digital Literacy in the Relationship Between Metacognitive Awareness and Digital Well-Being'. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
