RNA-seq analysis of the piriform cortex following linalool or saline odor exposure

To investigate the effects of 10 min daily linalool odor exposure for 8 consecutive days on the piriform cortex, twelve 8-week-old C57 mice were assigned to either a linalool group or a saline group. Following the final exposure, RNA was extracted from the piriform cortex of each mouse for sequencing.
