Dataset Description – Part 4 of 5 (CNV 2w2a Topology) This record contains the power side-channel traces for the CNV (CNN) 2w2a AI accelerator configuration (2-bit weights, 2-bit activations) compiled via AMD-Xilinx FINN. Included Model Configurations & Traces: `cnv_2w2a`: Baseline (HT-Free) and Trojan-infected variants Trace Length: 2,253,850 samples per inference (450,770 inference cycles × 5 oversampling factor) Key Details: Target Board: NewAE ChipWhisperer-305 (Artix-7 FPGA @ 20 MHz) Oscilloscope: Teledyne LeCroy HDO9409-MS (100 MHz sampling) Format: HDF5 (`.h5`) with inference-indexed keys (`trace-<index>`) and metadata attributes.
