Study of fecal microbiota different in human between patients with intracranial tumor and healthy controls

This study is about the correlation between human gut microbiota and intracranial tumor. The systematically analysis was performed through 16S gut microbiome in patients with intracranial tumors (including meningioma, glioma and brain metastasis) and that in healthy controls. First, differences in alpha diversity and beta diversity between each disease group and the healthy controls were measured. Secondly, the ecological stability of each group was analyzed. Finally, the changes of some bacteria were found. In future, more experiments need to be done to identify the role in pathogenesis of intracranial tumor.
