e-reefs Day Trip cruise January 2013, Northeast Queensland, HPLC Pigment and Ocean Colour Data

This record contains data collected from a total of 20 stations on an unknown vessel, east of Deeral, Queensland. The samples were collected during January 2013. The data can be used for Ocean Colour sensor validation. Parameters measured include Total Suspended Particulate Matter (TSM), including the organic and inorganic fractions; the absorption coefficients of the particulate and dissolved components of the water column and the phytoplankton pigment concentration and composition.
