The gene expression profile can be correlated with the morphogenetic change observed in cells where Atf1 has been over expressed in Δpcr1 background Overall design: Differential gene expression studies were carried out following over-expression experiments in S. pombe transformants (Δpcr1+φ and Δpcr1+Atf1). Here we conducted an analysis to put forth the altered gene expression pattern in conditions where certain genes were over-expressed in presence or absence of another gene(s), as compared to physiological conditions.
