RODERIC

The Repository of Digital Objects for Teaching, Research and Culture ( RODERIC ) of the University of Valencia has the mission of preserving, organizing, disseminating and guaranteeing open access to the scientific, academic and cultural production generated by the university community. Its objective is to contribute to the consolidation of open, accessible and sustainable science, aligned with the principles of transparency, knowledge reuse and institutional commitment to society. RODERIC responds to the commitment of the University of Valencia to the open access to knowledge movement, acquired with its adherence to the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in Sciences and Humanities (September 30, 2008), with the approval of the creation of the institutional repository by agreement of the Governing Council of the University of Valencia 195/2008 of the same day and with the approval of the Open Science Policy of the University of Valencia , in a session of the Governing Council of October 7, 2025.
