Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: qPCR data

This dataset contains all qPCR data used in the manuscript The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy Included are: 1) longitudinal vastus lateralis gene expression data 2) post mortem muscle panel gene expression data Each dataset is a single excel spreadsheet containing raw Cq values, derived RQ values (and normalised RQ values) and corresponding log transformed data used for analysis. Each file also contains exported mixed-model analysis outputs from SPSS and corresponding Holm-Sidak correction analysis. Also included is a data key file (excel format) containing details of every variable and sample name used in these (and other) analyses
