GraphPop: Analysis Results, Source Data, and Scripts (v0.1.0)

Analysis results, figure source data, R/Python scripts, benchmark data, and supplementary tables accompanying the GraphPop paper. GraphPop is a graph database-native population genomics engine that reduces summary statistic complexity from O(V×N) to O(V×K). This archive includes all data needed to reproduce the figures and tables in the manuscript, applied to rice 3K (3,024 accessions, 29.6M SNPs) and human 1000 Genomes (3,202 samples, 22 autosomes).本数据集包含GraphPop论文配套的分析结果、图表源数据、R/Python脚本、基准测试数据以及补充表格。GraphPop 是一款原生图数据库的群体基因组学引擎，可将汇总统计量的计算复杂度从O(V×N)降至O(V×K)。本归档包含复现论文中图表与表格所需的全部数据，相关数据应用于水稻3K数据集（3024份种质资源、2960万单核苷酸多态性位点）以及人类1000基因组计划数据集（3202个样本、22条常染色体）。
