Bulk transcriptomics of pyrethroid-treated enteroendocrine cells

Here, we performed bulk RNA sequencing analysis of the enteroendocrine cell line, STC-1 cells, following treatment with the pyrethroid pesticide, deltamethrin, as described in the associated manuscript: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.12.14.628386. Performed through Novogene Corporation, Inc; the included "STC1_Deltamethrin.zip" file contains both a "Results" and "Report" folder. The Results folder contains an organized .html file, with detailed methods and graphical data representations of the sequencing and analysis, as performed. The Report folder contains the entirety of the analyses performed, with folders and ReadMe files for each analysis. An additional .zip file contains the aligned .bam files and their associated index files ("BamAlignment"). While a final .zip file contains the relevant fastq files for the reference genome and gene annotation ("ReferenceGenome"). A metadata file is included for sample identifications, treatment groups, and the unique IDs in the sequencing run.
