资源简介:
This study investigates how volatile organic compounds (VOCs) prime heat tolerance in Arabidopsis thaliana. We compare wild-type Col-0 and the chromatin mutant hda6 under non-stress, heat stress, and trans-2-hexenal VOC treatment using RNA-seq. The goal is to understand how chromatin architecture and VOC signalling reshape heat- and ROS-responsive gene networks and contribute to thermotolerance. These data provide a resource for analysing stress-induced transcriptional reprogramming in plants.
