MODERN METHODS IN PHARMACEUTICAL SYNTHESIS AND THEIR EFFICIENCY

This paper provides a scientific analysis of the modern methods employed in pharmaceutical synthesis — flow chemistry, microwave-assisted synthesis, biocatalysis, combinatorial chemistry, and green synthesis technologies. The chemical efficiency, economic advantages, environmental aspects, and industrial applicability of each method are evaluated. The paper also puts forward scientifically substantiated recommendations for the development of the pharmaceutical synthesis industry in Uzbekistan.
本论文针对药物合成领域所应用的现代技术方法展开科学分析,所涉方法包括流动化学(flow chemistry)、微波辅助合成(microwave-assisted synthesis)、生物催化(biocatalysis)、组合化学(combinatorial chemistry)与绿色合成技术(green synthesis technologies)。本文对上述每种方法的化学效率、经济优势、环境表现以及工业应用适用性进行了评估。此外,本论文还为乌兹别克斯坦药物合成产业的发展提出了具备科学依据的建议。
