EP300 ChIP-seq Binding Sites in MCF7 Cells

This dataset contains processed ChIP-seq data identifying genomic binding sites of the EP300 protein in MCF7 breast cancer cells. The data include peak annotations generated using MACS2, with information on associated genes and distances from transcription start sites (TSS). The study compares EP300 binding in control MCF7 cells and E-cadherin-inhibited MCF7 cells, providing insights into changes in EP300 genomic localization. The data are provided in an Excel format for ease of analysis and integration with other datasets.
