We hypothesized that stimulation of keratinoctye with LPA induced differentiation of heterogenecity subpoppulation among keratinocytes. We employed the single-cell RNA-seq to identify keratinocyte subpoppulation induced by LPA. 10μM Oleoyl-L-α-lysophosphatidic acid induced gene expression in NHEKs were measured at 72h compared to vehicle control. Single cells were obtained using Fluidigm C1 platform for RNA sequencing.
