This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where the parameters of small airway and bronchial organotypic cultures from different donors were compared.
Small airway cultures were immunostained for both the Mucin 5AC (MUC5AC) and the Beta-tubulin 4 (BTUB4) proteins and the bronchial cultures were immunostained for the Beta-tubulin 4 (BTUB4) protein only.
Quantification was performed following acquisition with the CellInsight™ CX7 high content screening platform.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
