资源简介:
Full resolution X-ray micro CT reconstructions of tomato stems from healthy plants and plants infected with Ralstonia (a bacterial wilt pathogen). The first file has information on how to interpret the image and it notes some of the reconstruction artefacts that are visible in the images. Subsequently, the composite supplemental figures are present. These figures show low resolution versions of each of the samples and are organized by condition:1. H1-H14: Healthy Stems2. 1G1-1G12: Ralstonia GMI1000 infected stems 1 dpi (10^4 cfu inoculum)3. 2G1-2G12 Ralstonia GMI1000 infected stems 2 dpi (10^4 cfu inoculum)4. 2hG1-2hG12: Ralstonia GMI1000 infected stems 2 dpi (High inoculum: 10^6 cfu)Each high resolution cross-section is labeled with the sample ID in the file name. Other values refer to values used to reconstruct the 3D images with the tomopy script. * Importantly, some images required multiple center of rotation (COR) values to reconstruct different regions of the stem in focus. (Multiple CORs were necessary because the sample continued to dry/shrink during the scan, so the center of rotation changed over time). For instance sample H2 required 5 different COR values to get different vascular bundles in focus. Refer to the "How to interpret" file to see which regions are in focus on each of the high resolution images. Raw data is available upon request. Each sample is ~2-10 Gb, and we could not find a public database to deposit the data into. To add:-Link to BioRxiv
