Honey bee colony losses (Apis mellifera) in the Czech Republic 2014-2025

This dataset contains aggregated data on honey bee (Apis mellifera) colony winter losses in the Czech Republic, Europe. The data spans multiple monitoring years (from 2013/14 up to 2024/25) and provides spatial information at both the regional (NUTS 3) and district (LAU 1) levels. For each location and monitoring period, the dataset records:* The total number of bee colonies going into winter ("Colonies before winter").* The total number of colonies that died or were lost by spring ("Lost colonies").
