RNA-Seq Analyses of Chionographis japonica

This study aims for a broader knowledge about the organization and diversity of the independently evolved holocentromeres and their interplay with the large-scale genome architecture and chromatin composition, we resolved the centromere and (epi)genome organization of the plant Chionographis japonica. RNA-Seq Analyses was performed using leaf, fruit, root and flower tissues of Chionographis japonica.
