Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Departmental assembly of restricted areas of the Natural Risk Prevention Plans (PPRN) on the Hautes-Pyrénées

For natural PPRs, the Environmental Code defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures can be foreseen to avoid exacerbating the risk. Depending on the hazard level, each area is subject to an enforceable settlement. The regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- ‘Building prohibited areas’, known as ‘red areas’, where the hazard level is high and the general rule is the prohibition on construction; 2- ‘prescribed areas’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the hazard level is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, works, developments or farms, agricultural, forestry, craft, commercial or industrial could aggravate risks or cause new ones, subject to prohibitions or requirements (cf. Article L562-1 of the Environmental Code). This layer corresponds to the departmental assembly of approved PPRN zonings whose GIS version is validated to the national standard.针对自然风险预防规划（natural PPRs），《环境法典》在L562-1条款中划定了两类区域：风险暴露区域，以及虽未直接暴露于风险但可采取相关措施避免风险加剧的区域。 依据危险等级的不同，每类区域均需遵守可强制执行的建设管控规则。该管控法规通常区分三类区域： 1. “禁止建设区”，俗称“红色区域”：该区域危险等级较高，通用规则为禁止任何建设活动； 2. “特定管控区”，俗称“蓝色区域”：该区域危险等级中等，相关项目需适配问题类型的专项管控要求； 3. 未直接暴露于风险的区域：在此类区域内开展的建设、工程、开发活动或农业、林业、手工业、商业及工业经营行为，可能加剧既有风险或引发新风险，因此需遵守相关禁令或管控要求（参见《环境法典》L562-1条款）。 该地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）图层对应经核准的国家级自然风险预防规划（PPRN）区域划分的省级汇总成果，其GIS版本已通过国家标准验证。
