In this article, the increase of salinity and salt residues as a result of a sharp decrease in water resources in the coastal areas and the role of the drought- and salt-resistant tropical plant Crotalaria (Crotalaria juncea L.) in reducing salt residues, as well as the effect of the use of stimulants on the level of salinity and the use of fertilizers as a solution to these problems, are described. When planting Crotalaria seeds, treating them with Geohumat stimulator, during the budding and flowering phases of the growing season, the dry residue in the 0-30 cm soil layer is -0.108, when fed with NPK - 20% liquid fertilizers at the rate of 1.5 kg per hectare; HCO3—0.006; SO3-2-0.005; Cl - 0.003; SO4-2 - 0.058; the sum of components - reduced to, the degree of salinity is from strong to moderate salinity and dry residue in the 30-50 cm layer is –0.050; HCO3 - 0.006; SO3-2 - 0.002; Cl - 0.005; SO4-2 - 0.038; the sum of components - decreased to 0.265%, and the salinity level changed from moderate to weak salinity.
