本数据集主要是高均质高温合金的电子束精炼层凝技术研究过程中产生的科学数据，包括GH4068合金元素偏析比分析数据以及GH4068合金成品铸锭重量数据。本数据集的数据采集主要是2020年9月至2024年11月时间段完成的，在大连理工大学开展的电子束精炼层凝技术研究过程中，为了探究电子束层凝过程不同工艺参数对偏析程度的影响规律，记录铸锭的重量及组织情况，掌握电子束精炼层凝后铸锭主元素的分布以及偏析情况
