RNA-sequencing of epithelial cell subpopulations from human breast tissue [RNASeq_1_BRCA2]

Molecular profiling of mammary epithelial cell subpopulations from premenopausal BRCA2 mutation carriers and premenopausal non-carriers was performed to identify early transcriptional perturbations in preneoplastic BRCA2-mutant breast. Mammary epithelial cell subpopulations (Lin- EPCAM+CD49f- ML, Lin- EPCAM+CD49f+ LP and Lin-EPCAM-CD49f+ basal cells) were isolated from preneoplastic breast tissue by FACS and subjected to bulk RNA-sequencing (n=3 premenopausal BRCA2 mutation carriers and n=3 premenopausal non-carriers). ** Submitter declares that the raw data files are not provided due to privacy concerns about the human samples***
