California baggie DNA mixture evidence

Low-level degraded DNA mixture evidence collected from a baggie in a California drug case. The STR data were developed by GlobalFiler™ amplification of a DNA swab. For STRmix™ software analysis, ten input data files are provided at different peak height thresholds (0, 10, …, 90 rfu). For TrueAllele® analysis, no threshold is used.

本数据集为采自美国加州某毒品案件涉案证物袋的低水平降解混合DNA检材。该短串联重复序列（Short Tandem Repeat，STR）数据通过对DNA拭子样本进行GlobalFiler™扩增获得。针对STRmix™软件分析需求，本次提供了10份设置有不同峰高阈值（0、10、…、90 相对荧光单位（Relative Fluorescence Unit，rfu））的输入数据文件；而针对TrueAllele®软件分析，则无需设置峰高阈值。
