Monocytes from human donors were exposed to M-CSF, conditioned medium from Hodgkin cell lines OCILY3 or KMH2, or to medium of the DLBCL cell line HBL1. Gene expression was assessed from the cells producing the conditioned medium (cell lines), the treated monocytes, and cell lines treated with conditioned medium of the macrophages.
