Expression of genes affected by ectopic expression of FOXA2 in H441 human lung adenocarcinoma cells

To identify genes influenced by the ectopic expression of FOXA2 in H441 cells, we performed RNA-seq using H441 cells that are infected with lentivirus carrying rat FOXA2. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of triplicate samples. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for H441 cells (three control lentivirus infected samples vs three Foxa2 lentivirus infected samples).
