SNCF opinion ratings barometer from January 2018 to December 2021 (GMV)

This dataset lists the opinion scores assigned to SNCF for its services. From January 2018, SNCF has opted for a new image measurement tool to improve its reliability, consistency-comparability and interpretation.

Until 31 December 2017, two different questionnaires were submitted each month to two different samples, the French on the one hand and the customers on the other. The survey was conducted by IPSOS (French Polling Institute).

From 1 January 2018, a single questionnaire, online, is submitted to the same sample each month (1000 French representative of the French population over 15 years old, of which about 400 “customers”, persons who have used SNCF in the last 12 months). The survey is conducted by the GMV Consulting Institute.

Any use of this data must take into account the historical breakdown caused.

_Indicators_

For each indicator, the results are provided for _French,_ for _clients (_ people who have used SNCF in the last 12 months) and by difference for _No customers_
