Identification of a unique subset of group 3 innate lymphoid cells in the lung vasculature of mice

Bulk RNA-sequencing of distinct ILC3 subpopulations sorted from murine lungs during steady state and bacterial infection. Overall design: To investigate the functions of vILC3s and tILC3s, these cell subsets were sorted from the lungs of RORgt-eGFP report mice, based on their expression of RORgt-eGFP at steady state or from mice infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 72 hours. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of vILC3s and tILC3s, at steady state (no treatment (NT)) and from the lungs mice at 72 hours post-infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pa). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NT vILC3 vs NT tILC3s, Pa vILC3 vs Pa tILC3s, NT vILC3 vs Pa vILC3, and NT tILC3 vs Pa tILC3s.
