These datasets contain information about the population of black-legged kittiwakes (breeding pairs, reproductive outcome, MHC-composition and dissimilarity and associated data) of Middleton Island, Gulf of Alaska, between 1996 and 2023.These datasets are used in the analyses of the paper “MHC-IIB disassortative mate choice in a genetically monogamous seabird” published in Proceedings of the Royal Society B (2025).
