Monitoring Viral Evolution and Epidemiological Characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 during 2022-2023 using Integrated Genomic Surveillance

Here we report the results of our integrated genomic and virological surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Germany on SARS-CoV-2 genomes sampled from December 1, 2021 to April 30, 2023 The dataset includes genome sequences in FASTA format, complemented by a TSV file providing the corresponding collection dates.本研究报道了2021年12月1日至2023年4月30日期间，在德国采集的严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）基因组的整合基因组学与病毒学监测成果。本数据集包含FASTA格式的基因组序列，并附带一份TSV文件，用于提供对应的样本采集日期。
