Inter-ion distances in LN:Er ([Er] = 0.08÷2.71 wt%) crystals with a different dopant concentration

This dataset describes concentration dependences of LiNbO3:Er ([Er] = 0.08÷2.71 wt%) crystals structure particularities. Crystals were grown in one technological cycle. Inter-ion distances of different kind are present. 7 crystal samples have been grown, Er concentration in them: 0.08 wt% (sample 1), 0.8 (2), 1.52 (3), 2.19 (4), 2.48 (5), 2.66 (6), 2.71 (7).

本数据集记录了掺铒铌酸锂（LiNbO3:Er）晶体的结构特性随浓度的变化关系，其铒离子浓度范围为0.08~2.71 wt%。所有晶体均在同一工艺周期内生长制备，数据集涵盖各类离子间的距离参数。本次共制备7个晶体样品，各样品的铒离子浓度分别为：样品1：0.08 wt%，样品2：0.8 wt%，样品3：1.52 wt%，样品4：2.19 wt%，样品5：2.48 wt%，样品6：2.66 wt%，样品7：2.71 wt%。
