loss of DBP1 during meiosis in yeast

We used CRISPR/Cas9 to delete the DBP1 ORF in SK1 budding yeast cells. We then used ribosome profiling and mRNA-seq to observe gene expression profiles of wild-type and dbp1∆ cells during meiosis.我们利用CRISPR/Cas9（成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列相关蛋白9）敲除了SK1芽殖酵母细胞中DBP1的开放阅读框（Open Reading Frame，ORF）。随后我们采用核糖体谱分析（ribosome profiling）与mRNA测序（mRNA-seq）技术，检测了野生型与dbp1∆细胞在减数分裂过程中的基因表达谱。
