Pescadero Basin (Gulf of California) 2018 MBARI AUV missions command script to produce grids and images of processed swath bathymetry

This file contains the command script that was used to generate the compiled 2018 Pescadero Basin processed swath bathymetry gridded data sets. Those data sets were collected with a Reson SeaBat 7125 multibeam sonar system on MBARI Mapping AUV missions in 2018 (investigators Dave Caress, Rob Zierenberg, Dave Clague, Jennifer Paduan). The command script file is in ASCII format. The AUV survey mission was conducted during the 2018 R/V Falkor cruise FK181031 (chief scientist Rob Zierenberg, UC Davis). Funding was provided by the Schmidt Ocean Institute and a grant from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation to MBARI.
