Hba1del36-39 individual variation (SNP/indel) determination. Mus musculus breed:Hba1del36-39

Pooled samples from mice detected to be heterozygous for an induced 12 nucleotide deletion in the Hba1 gene. The sequence of the mutation was verified with targeted Sanger sequencing to determine presence of the mutation. Variation from the M. musculus reference genome were annotated for amino acid changes.
