Positioning of the boundaries of the perimeter(s) for the protection of water abstraction points in the natural environment for the production of natural mineral water declared to be of public interest.The boundaries of these boundaries shall be determined by the administrative authority.Easements attached to the protection of mineral waters are established pursuant to Articles L. 1322-3 to L. 1322-13 of the Code de la santé publique.The base of an easement is the spatial field (i.e. the geographical area) within which the easement applies. This space field can be defined either in 2D or in 3D in particular in the specific cases of airport clearance easements, easements to protect radio transmission centres.为保护被认定为具有公共利益的天然矿泉水生产所需自然环境内的取水点，需划定其防护周界的边界。上述防护周界的边界应由行政主管部门确定。依附于矿泉水保护的地役权，应依据《法国公共卫生法典》第L.1322-3条至第L.1322-13条设立。地役权的适用基底为其效力覆盖的空间场域（即地理区域）。该空间场域可通过二维或三维方式界定，针对机场净空地役权、无线电传输中心保护地役权等特殊情形，该界定方式尤为适用。
