National Census of Releases

National census of authorised wastewater discharges in the public hydraulic domain and in the public maritime land domain. Discharges into inter-community basins are authorised by the Hydrographic Confederations; those carried out in intra-Community basins are authorised by the Hydraulic Administrations of the Autonomous Communities. Finally, those carried out in the public maritime land domain are authorised and reported by the Autonomous Communities.公共水利管辖域及公共滨海陆域经许可污水排放国家普查。其中，跨自治区流域的排污许可由流域水文委员会（Hydrographic Confederations）核发；自治区内流域的排污许可由各自治区水利管理部门负责审批。公共滨海陆域的排污许可与报备工作均由各自治区负责办理。
