Pre-computed reference panels for the European-ancestry population

This record provides pre-computed reference panels for individuals of European ancestry. The panels contain eigenvalues and eigenvectors of linkage disequilibrium (LD) matrices generated by the authors of the HDL R package (Ning et al., 2020). The datasets were originally released as HDL Reference Panels and are deposited here to support reproducibility, enable their use within the GXwasR R package, and provide a resource for the broader research community.
