Data tables for NDC Ocean-based mitigation and adaptation measures

Ocean-based mitigation and adaptation have been in the background of global environmental governance. The Paris Agreement stipulates that countries should submit ambitious Nationally Determined Contributions every five years. The analysis systematically reviews the Nationally Determined Contributions submitted by 16 countries over ten years from 2015 to 2025. Every country has a raw and a filtered data table, where the filtered data table specifies the ocean-based mitigation and adaptation measures. The master file summarizes all the relevant data, including the coherence assessment. The data is included in my Master Thesis.基于海洋的减缓与适应措施长期以来在全球环境治理中未得到足够重视。《巴黎协定》规定各缔约方应每五年提交雄心勃勃的国家自主贡献（Nationally Determined Contributions）。本分析系统梳理了2015至2025十年间16个国家提交的国家自主贡献文件。 每个国家均设有原始数据表与筛选后数据表两类文件，其中筛选后数据表明确标注了基于海洋的减缓与适应相关措施。主文件汇总了全部相关数据，包含一致性评估内容。 本数据集相关数据收录于我的硕士学位论文中。
