Modelling of urbanisation (urban stains), situation in 1950 in Franche-Comté

Urban stain modelling in Franche-Comté since 1950.
The Urbanisation Dynamics — Urban Taches tool offers a modeling of urbanised spaces over time. Urban spots were generated by the application of the following model: expansion distance of + 50 m around the buildings then erosion of -40 m.
The dynamic map depicts urban spots according to the building years. Urban spots have been visualised in 10 years since 1950.
Urban spot objects were generated from the buildings of the IGN databases (BDParcellaire and BDTopo).
The “year of construction” information of the buildings comes from the DGFiP land database (MAJIC files) as of 1 January 2011. This source is not exhaustive.
Buildings whose year of construction is unknown have generated “undated” urban spots (mainly for buildings for agricultural and industrial use). The file “Tache_urbane_NC_R43.TAB” contains GIS data for “undated” urban spots.
Please note: the public domain is not listed in the MAJIC database.
