Transcriptional levels of sialic-binding proteins in 293T cells.

Sialic acid-binding proteins are implicated in the infection process of pathogenic microorganisms. Measuring the expression levels of these genes in cells can provide valuable insights into the susceptibility of cells to specific pathogens. Overall design: RNA was extracted from 1 × 10^7 293T cells per sample, with three biological replicates, for RNA sequencing.
