The results of ∆47, ∆47 derived temperature and δ18Oc for speleothem are provided in Supplementary Data 1, the petrographic results of speleothem are provided in Supplementary Data 2, data for Hendy test are provided in Supplementary Data 3 and other data (high-resolution speleothem δ18Oc, trace element and 87Sr/86Sr ratios) shown in main Figure 2 are shown in Supplementary Data 4.
