Dataset for "Psychometric Evaluation of the Bilingual Russian–Kazakh Problem Gambling Severity Index: Item-Level Response Patterns and Behavioral Factors Associated with Gambling-Related Harm"

This dataset contains anonymized data supporting the manuscript “Psychometric Evaluation of the Bilingual Russian–Kazakh Problem Gambling Severity Index: Item-Level Response Patterns and Behavioral Factors Associated with Gambling-Related Harm.” This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the bilingual (Kazakh–Russian) Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI), estimated the national distribution of screening-defined gambling risk in the adult population of Kazakhstan, and identified behavioral and sociodemographic correlates of elevated gambling risk. The study was conducted within a public health surveillance framework.
