Replication Data for: Is Forgiveness Possible? It Depends on What Motivates Abusive Supervision

This anonymized dataset was collected for Study 3 of the paper “Is Forgiveness Possible? It Depends on What Motivates Abusive Supervision”, accepted for publication in Negotiation and Conflict Management Research. Studies 1 and 2 were conducted using military samples in Taiwan, which cannot be shared due to confidentiality restrictions. To enhance generalizability, Study 3 was conducted with 200 full-time employees recruited via Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk). The dataset includes anonymized responses and variable codes to support replication and transparency.
