Wind data for the Mississippi Delta region during the period 2000-2015

Existing datasets were analyzed to study wind spatial variability in estuarine water. Wind velocity and direction are presented for 9 sites in the Mississippi Delta region during the period 2000-2015. Additional parameters like water temperature, water height, turbidity are available for some sites. Output data is also presented from running the Weather Research and Forecasting model (WRF).

为探究河口水域的风速空间变异性，本研究对现有公开数据集进行了分析。本次数据集涵盖2000年至2015年期间密西西比三角洲区域内9个观测站点的风速与风向数据；部分站点还附带了水温、水位、浊度等额外监测参数。此外，通过运行天气研究与预报模型（Weather Research and Forecasting model, WRF）所生成的输出数据亦已同步提供。
