The survey is conducted every three years starting in 2018. Until the results for the next survey are published, values for the last survey are repeated. The value of the municipality is interpreted as follows: 0 = 0 %, 1 = 1-25 %, 2 = 26-50 %, 3 = 51-75 %, 4 = 76-99 %, 5 = 100 %.
