Data to reproduce the figures in the Optica paper "Geophysical sensing using Jones matrices extracted from submarine optical cable transceivers carrying live traffic" by A. Mecozzi et al.

The .csv files contained the time in the form yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS.FFF, and the three components of the compensated rotation vector Delta phi_1, Delta phi_2, Delta phi_3 and the three components of the uncompensated rotation vector phi_1, phi_2, phi_3. The compensation was performed over a time window T_win of 300 s. In TAV_CAT.csv the data refer to the Jones matrix extracted from the receiver in Tel Aviv of the Catania Tel Aviv link, with the names of the other files following the same structure.本次数据集的.csv文件中，时间格式为yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS.FFF，同时包含补偿后旋转矢量Δφ₁、Δφ₂、Δφ₃的三个分量，以及未补偿旋转矢量φ₁、φ₂、φ₃的三个分量。补偿过程基于时长300秒的时间窗T_win完成。在TAV_CAT.csv文件中，数据对应从卡塔尼亚-特拉维夫链路的特拉维夫端接收机中提取的琼斯矩阵（Jones matrix），其余文件的命名均遵循相同结构。
