Medaka gene expression analysis. Oryzias latipes

We study about two medaka (Oryzias latipes) inbred strains, HNI and Hd-rR.HNI strain is from northern Japan and Hd-rR strain is from southern Japan.Our goal is to clear differences of gene expressions caused by structual variations from stranded RNAseq data of each strain.
