Family Level Synthesis Phylogeny of Extant Arthropoda and Related Phyla

A synthesis tree of 3,223 extant families of Panarthropods was created manually on Treegraph2 utilizing 200 phylogenetic and taxonomic sources. It is inteded for use for ecology, biogeogaphy, comparative biology, and, if possible, conservation research. A full explanation for the construction of the synthesis tree can be accessed in the Methods and References document. NOTE: Several families were mistakenly put into the tree twice (Dynomenidae, Erebonnasteridae, Laemobothriiae, Paraphronimidae, and Tegeocranellidae). Duplicates were removed, and the number of standing families is at 3,223. NOTE2: Errors in the Stomatopod phylogeny were fixed with a redundant source removed. Some explanations in the Methods document were elaborated on.本研究基于200份系统发育及分类学数据源，通过Treegraph2手动构建了包含3223个现存泛节肢动物（Panarthropoda）科的合成系统发育树。该树可应用于生态学、生物地理学、比较生物学研究，若条件允许亦可用于保护生物学相关研究。关于该合成树的完整构建说明，可查阅《方法与参考文献》文档。 注意：存在部分科被重复录入该树中（Dynomenidae、Erebonnasteridae、Laemobothriiae、Paraphronimidae及Tegeocranellidae）。现已移除重复条目，有效现存科数量仍为3223个。 注意2：口足类（Stomatopoda）的系统发育错误已得到修正，同时移除了冗余的参考文献来源。《方法》文档中的部分说明已进行扩充完善。
