mEEtaBrain preprocessed data

Preprocessed RNA-seq datasets used in the meta-analysis implemented in the mEEtaBrain application, available at:http://regulomics.mimuw.edu.pl/mEEtaBrain/ This repository provides the processed datasets underlying the application, together with R scripts used to generate these data from RSEM output files. The scripts perform differential expression analysis, generate visualizations, and create serialized R objects used by the application. Generated outputs are also included for reproducibility and direct use. To reproduce the analyses, users must modify directory paths in the scripts to match the locations of their local RSEM output files and set the appropriate working directories.本数据集为mEEtaBrain应用程序所实现的荟萃分析所用的预处理RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据集，其公开访问地址为：http://regulomics.mimuw.edu.pl/mEEtaBrain/。 本代码仓库包含支撑该应用程序的已处理数据集，以及用于从RSEM输出文件生成上述数据集的R脚本。这些脚本可执行差异表达分析、生成可视化图表，并创建该应用程序所需的序列化R对象。为保障分析的可复现性并便于直接使用，本仓库同时附带全部生成后的输出结果。 若需复现本次分析流程，用户需修改脚本中的目录路径，使其与本地RSEM输出文件的存储位置相匹配，并设置合适的工作目录。
